The forum was made up of 6 select panel sessions. During these sessions, guest speakers, all of whom are experts in their respective fields, discussed highly topical issues relating to the Chinese internet industry. Following each panel, the audience was invited to ask questions to the experts, allowing more personal interaction and specific advice to support their business needs. The panel sessions were broken up with lunch and an afternoon tea and coffee break. Aside from the delicious food on offer, these breaks provided an opportunity for entrepreneurs to meet like-minded individuals within CE¡¯s intimate ecosystem, as well as more respected industry professionals and potential investors. Many guests made invaluable contacts, exchanging business cards, met important individuals who have the capacity to accelerate their business growth and discovered that they are not alone in the start-up process.
The China Internet Forum also hosted the IMCC ¡°Internet Golden Award¡± Ceremony. Prizes were awarded for the organizations that have made outstanding contributions to the Chinese internet industry.
